Winter 2023 Little Dribblers Registration is OPEN!

Following with previous years, our sessions will be on Saturdays with various start times for different grades.  
 

The specific format for this year may look slightly different from previous years.  Our focus remains on skill development.
 

We, as always, reserve the right to adjust the tentative schedule as we get more details on the gyms that we have access to for the weeks of the program and the number of kids and volunteers. 

We are pleased to announce the schedule for our Winter 2024 Little Dribblers program!

Volunteer Training:

• January 20th at Evergreen Middle School 
• Check-in is from 9am to 9:30am
• Training starts at 9:30am and ends at 11am
• Wear athletic attire and shoes if you wish to participant in the interactive portions

Camper Days

1. Saturday, January 27th
2. Saturday, Febraury 3rd
3. Saturday, February 10th
4. Saturday, February 17th
5. Saturday, February 24th

• Location:  Evergreen Middle School
• Times:
  • PreK/K - 9am to 10am
  • 1st/2nd - 10:30am to 12:00pm
  • 3rd/4th - 1:00pm to 2:30pm
• Parking:  Please park in the front parking lot and enter through the front doors.  

Glencoe Little Dribblers was started in 2017 in an effort to give the kids in the Glencoe community access to basketball. Prior to 2017, there was no local basketball program for kids in Kindergarten thru 2nd grade. Also, there was no Glencoe specific program for kids in 3rd and 4th grade. Glencoe Little Dribblers set out to change this lack of opportunity for our kids.

The program was a great success with over 130 kids joining the program in the first year. An equal success was the community's involvement in our youth, as there were over 100 volunteers.

Together we are making a lasting impression in our youth that transcends the game of basketball.
